Automotive Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team at Sparkle Car Wash in Yorkville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Perform visual inspections for pre-existing damage on vehicles, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Inspect wash equipment regularly to ensure proper performance and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Manage and launder towels provided to customers, ensuring they are clean and hygienic.
• Sweep and mop waiting areas and customer restrooms as needed, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Maintain the appearance of the property, including seasonal tidies, to ensure a positive first impression.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Education/Experience:
