Job Overview:
As a key member of the MILFORD HOSPITALITY GROUP team, the host/hostess plays a vital role in ensuring a warm and inviting experience for every guest. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greet guests as they arrive and make them feel welcome
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Manage reservations and coordinate with wait staff to ensure seamless table assignments
• Escort guests to their assigned dining or bar areas, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience
• Greet customers upon their departure and thank them for their visit
• Coordinate with wait staff to provide available seating options and maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention, such as children or elderly individuals
• Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist wait staff as needed to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
