Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate X-Ray imaging equipment and related devices to capture high-quality images
  • Position and immobilize patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Coordinate X-Ray examinations to ensure timely and efficient patient care
  • Understand and follow provider imaging orders to ensure accurate and compliant imaging procedures
  • Submit images and related clinical information to radiologists for interpretation
  • Evaluate image quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and radiologists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Utilize and maintain department supplies, including contrast agents and radiation safety equipment
  • Practice sterile technique and follow infection prevention policies to ensure patient and staff safety
  • Supervise and evaluate student radiographers in the clinical setting
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Experience with computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registration with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • CT certification
  • BLS - American Heart Association
