Job Summary

Encore Fire Protection is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Williston, Vermont. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the service delivery for specific product lines
  • Review scope of work and service contracts to ensure accuracy
  • Match billing with contract quotes and identify any discrepancies
  • Investigate scope of work performed with billing discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding invoice changes
  • Maintain focus on executing the end of month billing cycle
Requirements
  • A great attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Two years of related work experience, preferably in a service business or scheduling position
  • Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
