We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and other staff members. You will also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and satisfaction. You will also receive competitive pay, ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
