Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

  • Process POS transactions while ensuring a memorable experience for each customer during your shift.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels, manage patient flow, and keep your workstation clean.

  • Foster brand loyalty with every customer interaction.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and promote upselling.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Valid Support badge from MED.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Customer service background.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Willingness to work seven days a week, including holidays, days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout the workday.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in environments with exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides.
  • Ability to work in a general office setting with extended computer and phone usage.
  • Prepared to work in various conditions, including exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, and varying temperatures.
