We're looking for a talented Industrial Scale Technician to join our team at KSS. As an Industrial Scale Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting various types of scales used in industrial and commercial settings.

About the Job:

  • Salary and Benefits: An estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
  • Training and Development: Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of industrial weighing and measurement.
  • Work-Life Balance: A healthy work-life balance, with 80 hours of paid time off per year.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Installation and Calibration: Install and calibrate various types of scales, including industrial, laboratory, and commercial scales, according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance on scales to prevent malfunctions and extend their lifespan. Diagnose and repair scale issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service and calibration activities, including calibration certificates, service reports, and parts used.
