Laundry Worker Job Description

At Healthcare Services Group, we are seeking a skilled Laundry Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and sorting soiled linen, loading and unloading machines, folding clean linen, operating computer-operated washers and dryers, counting and recording the linen processed each day, and making proper deliveries to units. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the work area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and sort soiled linen
Load and unload machines
Fold clean linen
Operate computer-operated washers and dryers
Count and record the linen processed each day
Make proper deliveries to units
Clean and sanitize the work area
