About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for creating a service culture that delights every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning process for daily operations to ensure every shift is set up to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with other Restaurant Management to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and maximizing profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Provide direction, training, and expertise to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and business goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
  • 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • HS diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by state and federal law.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain composure, and give sound advice and direction.
  • Must be able to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment, and have a strong customer orientation focus.
