About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Duffy's Sports Grill. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
  • Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Sweep or mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Clean garbage cans with water and soap.
  • Store supplies and stock them in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators.
  • Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
  • Clean the dish machine and perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
