Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing care in our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are protected.
- Facilitate patient care by making accurate nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement care plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a similar setting.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
