Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Diagnostic Med Sonographer to join our team at Redlands Community Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing complex medical sonography procedures and leading a team of sonographers to ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality medical sonography procedures to diagnose a range of medical conditions
  • Lead and mentor a team of sonographers to ensure excellent patient care and efficient department operations
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical sonography techniques and technologies to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in medical sonography or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sonography, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
