Procurement Specialist

In this role as Procurement Specialist at Maddox Industrial Transformer, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers. This includes analyzing data using spreadsheets like Excel and/or Google Sheets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to provide solutions, and taking ownership of tasks.

• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.
• Analyze data using spreadsheets like Excel and/or Google Sheets to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to provide solutions and improve business relationships.
• Take ownership of tasks, maintain a collaborative spirit, and know when to ask for help.

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
• The ability to create, read, and understand various types of visual reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, data import and management, slicers, data protection, graphs, etc.
• Exceptional communication etiquette and skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledgeable on at least one Business Intelligence (BI) software package, such as Microsoft Power BI.

• Full-time schedule (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Salary Range: $63,000 - $88,000 per year, plus up to $1,000 per month wellness stipend and other benefits.
