Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Care Manager to join our team. As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing supervisory support to our care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide supervisory support to care team members, including attendance management, call-off management, and shift requests.
- Support care team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents, including bathing, grooming, and personal care.
- Encourage resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs.
- Assist with meal service and coach care team members on hospitality standards.
- Accurately document care and services provided to residents and review care manager documentation throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies.
- Display flexibility in work schedule and work holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with care team members, community managers, residents, and family members.
- Medication Management Certificate required.
- Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate assignments and make choices in the best interest of residents.
