The successful candidate will have expertise in modeling, simulation, and analysis of electronic warfare systems, radars, missile & aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a highly technical team to solve complex technical questions about electronic warfare systems, radars, missile & aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.
  • Perform technical management on a variety of tasks, including supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community and the Air Force Research Laboratory.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and scientists.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accredited school in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 4-8 years of relevant engineering experience or 2-6 years of relevant work history with a relevant MS degree.
  • Must have experience in the modeling, simulation, and/or analysis of electronic warfare systems, radars (ground-based or airborne), missile & aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.
  • Applicant must have good people skills and the desire to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be a resident of Beavercreek, OH or be willing to relocate to the Beavercreek, OH area.
  • Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
