About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Carlsbad Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting independence in our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and perform various patient tests and administer medications as needed.
  • Teach patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills to promote independence and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and achieve optimal patient results.
Requirements
  • Current NM RN license
  • Associates Degree in Nursing
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS preferred
