Blockchain Associate

Orrick's Technology Companies Group is seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in emerging technology businesses to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience and passion for blockchain technology and for helping blockchain companies at all stages of growth.

We represent innovative companies and investors at all stages, with a network of over 4,500 high-growth tech companies globally.

The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal and written skills, and superior interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include advising on venture capital financings, token issuances, corporate structuring, and DAO formation.
