Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for:
- Educating and building relationships with referral sources.
- Obtaining referrals and conducting necessary assessments.
- Participating in the planning and execution of departmental strategies.
- Traveling frequently during the day and occasionally overnight.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with assigned accounts.
This role serves as a vital source of market intelligence, facilitating direct communication between the community, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
As a representative of Vibra, the Clinical Liaison is tasked with cultivating a positive and professional image that fosters long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid license as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker in the relevant state.
- Recent experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health settings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel using public transportation options.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in clinical screening.
- Marketing or sales expertise.
- Familiarity with the local medical community.
- Strong communication skills with medical and administrative personnel, patients, and families.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
- Ability to perform clinical assessments accurately and within set timeframes.
- Competence in compiling statistics and reports promptly.

- Professional demeanor and knowledge of regulatory standards.
