Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of MRI technologists and provide guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care and image quality.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement activities to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management and physicians to resolve routine matters and ensure effective communication.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to management on team member performance and conduct.
Requirements
  • Four years of experience as an MRI technologist, with a strong background in leadership and quality improvement.
  • ARRT-MR certification or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
