We are looking for committed individuals to fulfill the role of Cleaners/Porters in Frederick, Maryland. The primary duty of the Day Cleaner/Porter is to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the building.
  • Perform restroom cleaning and sanitation tasks.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in restroom sanitation.
  • Ability to operate heavy cleaning machinery.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and safety data sheets.

Work Environment:

  • The role is situated within a commercial building environment, which may involve servicing multiple locations with a diverse workforce.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing: 70%
  • Sitting: 5%
  • Squatting/Stooping: 15%
  • Reaching: 10%
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $13.50 per hour
