About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Talbots. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective selling and styling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for each customer
  • Develop strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on fashion trends and brand vision
  • Meet or exceed sales and service metrics, including UPTs, DPTs, and customer conversion
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to build store business and achieve sales goals
  • Participate in learning opportunities and store meetings to stay informed and engaged
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Specialty retailing experience preferred
  • Outstanding sales results and record required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to move about the store, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
