  • Enhance online presence by executing brand-level and product-level ecommerce plans, including managing new item setups, content maintenance, and rich media uploads.
  • Drive demand generation by implementing on-site merchandising and email campaigns, optimizing first-in-search strategies, and managing ratings & reviews.
  • Analyze data metrics to maximize execution of ecommerce plans, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with ecommerce leadership and key account teams, partnering with content creators and business divisions to source new content and optimize the catalog by reconciling duplicate or obsolete product listings.

Strategic Planning:

  • Influence future plans by delivering metrics that help define go-forward ecommerce strategies.
  • Understand account system capabilities and limitations, proposing changes to leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in online/site merchandising, digital marketing, digital sales support, or marketplace management; 5 years preferred in site merchandising or online marketing environments.
  • Skills: Experience with Amazon Seller Central (preferred), proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools, experience with third-party software and partner portals, strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork abilities, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
