Purpose of Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command to join our team in Hayward, CA. This is a low-velocity two-pilot account that flies P91 only, with a maximum of 150 hours per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate/business aviation and be able to relocate to the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe operation of flight, adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
  • Utilize Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
  • Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel as required.
  • Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status checks, to ensure the aircraft is mission capable.
  • Ensure all aircraft ground servicing items are monitored and accomplished in accordance with SOPs.
  • Complete passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulation, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate with crew and support personnel clearly and in a timely manner during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
Requirements
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation.
  • FAA Type rating in DA2000 EZ.
  • Ability to relocate to the Bay Area.
  • Minimum Time Requirements: 3500 hours total flight time, 1500 hours Multi Engine Land (MEL), 2000 hours Pilot in Command, 500 hours PIC MEL, 300 hours Instrument, 500 hours Jet.
