Our retail brand, BEYOND / HELLOTM, along with the recently acquired Nature's Remedy, operates more than two dozen retail locations nationwide, providing an exceptional in-store experience complemented by online reservations and express pickup services.
Every day, Jushi team members engage in the growth, cultivation, processing, and manufacturing of a diverse range of cannabis brands, including The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals, and Sèche, catering to a wide array of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Patient Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique shopping experience that drives sales performance. This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers and patients through a concierge-level service approach. The Patient Support Specialist manages daily operations within the retail environment while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold the company’s mission statement and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding and accurate customer service by addressing inquiries and directing concerns appropriately.
- Conduct guided tours of the sales floor, providing product recommendations based on thorough research of available offerings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, promotions, and encourage memberships for medical guests.
- Follow product handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company safety and health policies as well as regulatory standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store by restocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed.
- Operate the cash register, computer-based POS system, and manage the cash drawer.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and meet compliance objectives within designated timelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting is required.
- Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills are essential.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in both phone and in-person interactions.
- Occasional local travel may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regularly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequent sitting is required.
- Occasionally stand, walk, reach above shoulders, and engage in light to moderate lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- Occasional twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, or crawling may be necessary.
