Job Title: Office Clerk

America's Car-Mart is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling data entry with accuracy, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephones, relaying messages, and transferring calls as needed
  • Data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Interacting with and explaining information to customers
  • Assisting our sales team
  • Taking payments and communicating with customers
  • Performing other basic office duties
Requirements:
  • 2 years of office experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
