About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Next Level Talent, LLC. As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building the core infrastructure that powers document ingestion and data structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the core API and on-prem deployments.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and develop new features.
  • Create robust, scalable solutions for converting complex documents into structured data.
  • Work closely with a fast-growing team to drive technical innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience building real-world applications with a high standard for quality.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and algorithms.
  • Ability to quickly develop applications in Typescript/Next.js.
  • Excitement for working directly with customers to design and build features.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Interest in machine learning and AI advancements.
  • Experience building products in early-stage startups.
  • Competitive academic background or experience in competitive technical programs.
  • Strong technical rigor, with experience at high-growth startups.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to $200,000
  • Equity: 1%
