Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary range of $220-240k per year, based on MGMA guidelines. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance, full benefits, four weeks of paid vacation, CME opportunities, and student loan repayment support. Job DescriptionAs a Family Medicine physician at our hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and hospital admissions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with a valid medical license. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
