Salary

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This includes a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for eligible candidates who accept an offer by 1/31/25.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work 7a-7p, Full Time Weekends, with our Abdominal Transplant Stepdown team, providing top-notch care to patients in need. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Assess and reassess patients' conditions to develop effective care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
