Job Title: Building Engineer
Job Overview
We are in search of a skilled Building Engineer with a strong background in building utilities and automation systems. The successful candidate should have a technical degree in a relevant field (such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or similar) or a related college degree (either 2-year or 4-year). Proficiency in utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is essential, along with experience in data management. Familiarity with Siemens BAS/BMS Systems and SAP software will be considered advantageous. A history of working in a GMP environment with scientific laboratory utilities and equipment is a crucial requirement.
