Exterior Restoration Crew Member

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our Exterior Building Repair team at Mid-Continental Restoration Co. in Parkston, SD. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing various tasks involving physical labor, ensuring crew members are supplied with necessary materials and tools, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Travel throughout the territory to assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Supply crew members with necessary materials, tools, ice water, and other essentials to maintain a productive work environment.
• Mix mortar according to job requirements, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Lubricate, clean, fuel, and operate equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including measuring tape, to achieve precise measurements and quality results.
• Organize and maintain job site trailers, trucks, and gang boxes, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
• Inventory tools and equipment, verifying their return to trailers, trucks, and gang boxes at the end of each workday.
• Inspect returned tools and equipment for damages, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Secure all locks at the end of each workday, maintaining a secure work environment.
• Understand and follow Mid-Continental Restoration Co.'s safety policies and OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all crew members.
• Achieve production rates and quality standards set by the industry and company, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
• Monitor pedestrian traffic near work zones, ensuring a safe and controlled environment.
• Work at heights from scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
