Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Neuroimaging Specialist to join our dynamic team at Advanced Radiology Services in Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostic Neuroradiologist to work with a leading healthcare organization.

Specialty and Location:

This position requires a Board-Certified Diagnostic Neuroradiologist with experience in 100% neuroradiology, including brain, head, neck, and spine imaging with advanced neuroimaging techniques. The ideal candidate will be based near Flint, MI, but may also have the option to work remotely from home or other locations in Michigan.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing neuroradiology exams with a full complement of advanced neuroimaging
  • Conducting primarily Neuro ED/Inpatient and Neuro outpatient examinations
  • Targeting 81 wRVUs for flexible shifts

Schedule:

The schedule is flexible, with options for daytime or evening eastern time zone shifts. Neuro ER/Inpatient shifts, Neuro outpatient shifts, or time-flexible RVU-based outpatient Neuro shifts are available.

Technology and Infrastructure:

Advanced Radiology Services utilizes Intelerad PACS, PowerScribe 360, and Clario. A work station will be provided if working from home, and outstanding IT infrastructure and 24/7 help desk support are available.

Credentialing Timeframe:

The credentialing process typically takes around 60 days, although this timeframe may vary.

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Diagnostic Neuroradiology
  • Michigan License at the Time of Submission (highly preferred)
  • Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Neuroradiology
  • United States Trained
  • Experience from a private practice or hospital-based position (highly recommended)
  • Clean Malpractice/Background (highly preferred)
  • Local residence (no flights required)

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated daily rate for this position is $4,000 per day, with a minimum requirement of 81 wRVUs. Additionally, a Perm Placement Fee of $20,000 is applicable.
