Job Summary

As a Pricing Coordinator at Food Lion, you will play a vital role in maintaining standards and maximizing sales through excellent customer service. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring that all advertising and sales promotion materials are properly utilized, and maintaining accurate pricing and signage throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a fast, friendly, and accurate service standard
  • Ensure that all pricing and signage are accurate and up-to-date, utilizing the wireless handheld unit to verify prices and correct any discrepancies
  • Order and maintain all Warehouse and DSD replacement shelf tags, ensuring that new items are properly tagged and scan correctly
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of pricing and signage changes
  • Participate in regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
