Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular studies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements
  • Current IL license and ARDMS certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ultrasound technology, with a strong background in general ultrasound, OB/GYN, and vascular studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cerner experience preferred, with proficiency in ultrasound software and equipment.
