We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and inviting environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, sanitizing areas, and vacuuming carpets
- Restock common areas, replace light bulbs, and eliminate trip hazards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Champion hospitality and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to make decisions and act in the residents' best interest
