Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and policies.
  • Develop and oversee patient care plans, ensuring effective monitoring and communication of patient conditions.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and manage patient discharge planning needs.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer. Accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing is mandatory.

Education:
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
