**Key Responsibilities:**

• Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement site strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the Facilities Market Leader and maintenance team to maintain equipment, ensure site safety, and minimize downtime.

• Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.

**Requirements:**

• 6 months of previous customer service experience, with a strong background in sales and operations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
