Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Pedagogue to join our team at Eclipse Innovations. As a Social Pedagogue, you will be responsible for:

• Youth Social Work: Providing social support and guidance to young people at general education schools
• Internal and External Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, parents, and network partners
• Social Pedagogical Group Work: Leading group sessions to promote social skills and development
• Individual Case Assistance: Providing counseling and support for multiple and individual problem situations
• Crisis Intervention: Responding to crisis situations and providing support
• Assistance and Support: Providing assistance and support with official matters
• Project Work: Collaborating on projects with school classes to promote prevention and social development

Requirements

• A degree in social pedagogy / social work (diploma, bachelor's, master's) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in youth social work and social pedagogy
