Position Overview: This role is essential in supporting the Winding Department with a variety of tasks related to AC and DC winding processes. The successful candidate will engage in activities such as removing existing windings, conducting damage assessments, recording essential data, fabricating new coils, and performing voltage tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting winding data cards for each assignment
- Evaluating electromechanical devices for any signs of damage
- Preparing components for the rewinding process
- Assisting in the rewinding of both AC and DC machinery
- Conducting tests on equipment in accordance with established standards
- Documenting pertinent data and results from tests
- Adhering to safety protocols and advocating for ISO compliance
- Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace
- Operating machinery in a safe manner
- Providing support to team members as required
- Carrying out additional tasks as directed
