About the Role

At Penske Truck Leasing, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe for the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a positive experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are completed
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
  • Develop your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Complete other projects and tasks assigned by your supervisor

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage a plus
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods. You'll also need to use your hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate required tools or controls.
