Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Cape Coral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional restoration services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all restoration services, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and trauma scene cleanup, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates on service completion.
  • Maintain and operate company equipment and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Complete daily logs and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Adequate math skills to apply learned techniques to determine equipment needs.
  • Basic proficiency in computer use, including email and portable devices for reporting and recording daily activity.
  • Certification in performing restoration services, such as water mitigation and mold remediation.
