- Customer Support: Provide security-related assistance and support to residents, guests, and vendors in need.
- Reporting: Create and submit daily surveillance and incident reports to Planned Security Services management.
- New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) License: Must possess a valid SORA license and a clean/valid driver's license.
- Security Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer or Guard.
- Knowledge of Local Laws: Knowledge of local, regional, and state legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
- Surveillance Skills: Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- CCTV Experience: Experience with Closed Circuit (CCTV) surveillance systems.
- Training: Training in First Aid, Basis Life Saving (BLS), and self-defense.
- Communication Skills: Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
- Education: A High School diploma is required.
