Job Summary

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and manage the pharmacy team to ensure effective operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all pharmacy operations, practices, and procedures meet local, state, and federal regulations, including USP 797 and USP 800 standards.
  • Compounding and Dispensing: Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Staff Development: Select, train, and develop a competent staff to provide quality pharmacy services and medical supplies to patients.
  • Financial Management: Participate in the preparation and implementation of departmental budgets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) professional degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in sterile compounding.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and efficiency in CPR Plus.
