About the Role

  • Provide home-based services to children in a condensed geographic zone
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with our clinical support team to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado
