Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SALT Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a SALT Manager, you will be responsible for supervising client tax engagements, reviewing client documentation, and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise client tax engagements and ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Review client documentation and related workpapers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in state and local tax compliance and consulting.
