Job Title: Recovery Coach

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC.

Job Summary:

The Recovery Coach will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey, providing guidance and intervention consistent with their treatment plan. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in mental health and the eating disorder field.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide support and intervention to clients, integrating and supporting them through their recovery journey.
  • Treatment Plan Implementation: Implement treatment plans, providing guidance and support to clients as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Engage clients in developing healthy and appropriate connections with other clients and the team.
  • Food Preparation and Supervision: Assist with food preparation and setup, model and supervise client meals and snacks.
  • Therapeutic Groups: Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Observations and Client Transportation: Conduct rounds, provide observations, and occasionally transport clients off-site for appointments and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Education: At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired (and required in some states).
  • Driver's License: Valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history.
  • Skills: Good communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and the ability to work as a member of a team.
