We are seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Clinician to join our team at Bay State Community Services Inc. as a Residential Therapist. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to program staff, design and implement individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting, and collaborate with children/adolescents, their families, guardians, and other care providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide regular counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Facilitate clinical groups for youth
- Design and oversee the implementation of the treatment plan
- Drive company vehicle as required

- Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care
- Residential experience preferred
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in MAP, CPR and first aid
- MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
- Advanced writing and computer skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Able to pass CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprinting
