The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to fill the role of Telehealth Clinical Technician. This position requires a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a telehealth setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and technical support to patients through telehealth visits
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams

- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
