As a Culinary Specialist II, you will play a vital role in our food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Carve and serve buffet meats as per guest requests.
  • Maintain adequate stock of all food items to support banquet and buffet services.

  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing food items appropriately.
  • Wash and peel fresh produce, ensuring cleanliness and quality.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Prepare cold dishes and conduct taste tests to ensure proper cooking.
  • Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process.
  • Set up and dismantle workstations efficiently.
  • Serve food in appropriate portions and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.

Safety and Professional Standards

Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security. Report any maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management. Complete all required safety training and certifications.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance, safeguarding company assets. Anticipate and address guests' service needs while communicating effectively with team members.


Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related culinary role.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.
  • Certification: None required.
