Retail Sales Associate

This role is pivotal to the success of our retail stores. As a Sales and Service Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer suitable recommendations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and meet sales targets. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on product features, maintain product quality and visual standards, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers
  • Accurately process sales transactions and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Assist with stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and occasionally assist with deliveries
  • Maintain knowledge of products offered and suggest ways to improve sales

Key Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling and tinting paint products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
