Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Maintain a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment to ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and cannabis therapies to effectively recommend and sell to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store is well-maintained to provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Cash Handling and Data Entry: Correctly handle cash transactions, apply discounts, and accurately enter customer data into our system.
  • Verification and Compliance: Verify customer identification, documentation, and ID to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.

Requirements
  • Availability: Must be willing to work weekends.
  • Permit and Transportation: Possess a Marijuana Workers Permit or be able to obtain one at your own expense, and have a reliable method of transportation to get to work.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Product Knowledge: Show a desire to learn about our products and cannabis therapies.
  • Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, point-of-sale software, and cash management knowledge.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality.
  • Lifting and Standing: Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the entirety of a full shift.
